Everything we sell is a digital product — software license keys and activation codes for third-party software (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Kaspersky, and similar publishers). Nothing is physically shipped. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the software publishers whose licenses we sell, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You need an account to check out. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, including the company/billing details used to generate your invoices.
Once payment is confirmed, your license key is generated and made available instantly in My Orders, and included on your invoice. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the payment method's confirmation time (e.g. crypto network confirmations).
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice; the price at the time your order is placed is the price you pay. We accept cryptocurrency, card payments (via our payment partner), and Cloud Tech wallet balance. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or network.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or share license keys in a way that violates the original publisher's license terms; use stolen payment methods or attempt fraudulent chargebacks; attempt to abuse promotions, discounts, or the wallet system; or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
All trademarks, logos, and product names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Our own site design, content, and branding are the property of Cloud Tech Asia Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased software, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Because every product we sell is a digital license key that can be copied or used the moment it's revealed, our refund policy is necessarily different from a policy for physical goods. Please read this before purchasing.
If you have not yet viewed/revealed your license key in My Orders, and you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we're happy to offer a full refund or store wallet credit, no questions asked.
Once a license key has been revealed, downloaded, or copied, it can no longer be resold, so purchases are final at that point — except in the case of a defective key (see below).
If your key fails to activate, is reported as already used, or is otherwise invalid, contact support@cloudtech.asia within 7 days of purchase with:
We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, either replace the key at no charge or issue a full refund to your Cloud Tech wallet balance (or original payment method, where technically possible).
Approved refunds are issued to your Cloud Tech wallet balance by default (instant), or to your original payment method where the payment processor supports it (may take longer, depending on the processor and, for crypto, network conditions).
Wallet top-ups (crypto or card) are non-refundable once completed, except where required by law, since the balance remains usable in your account indefinitely for future purchases.
